UPDATE: As of 4 p.m., the Elkhart Police Department has identified the suspect, but he remains at large. 

ORIGINAL: ELKHART, Ind. -- The Elkhart Police Department is currently investigating an armed robbery which occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 8 at 2400 S. Main St.

Police are asking the public to help identify a suspect and suspect vehicle caught on video from the evening in question.

The suspect car is a white four-door passenger car that appears to have no hood.
