Elkhart Police investigating shooting on Cassopolis Street

ELKHART, Ind. - The Elkhart Police Department is investigating a shooting on Cassopolis Street Tuesday night that left one person injured.
At 9:37 p.m., a 34-year-old shooting victim arrived at an area hospital.
He was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The victim told police he was shot outside rooms at the Daylite Inn in the 2800 block of Cassopolis Street, reports said.
No one else was reported injured in the incident.
No arrests have been made at this time.
