Elkhart Sheriff's Department introduces ISA Membership Program

ELKHART, Ind. – Elkhart County citizens who would like to help fight crime are now able to do just that with a new program introduced by the Elkhart Sheriff’s Department.

Sheriff Brad Rogers announced a new ISA Membership Program which will help improve the Criminal Justice System through education, training, service and protection of the lives and property of Hoosiers.

The membership program was introduced in order to provide citizens with an opportunity to contribute to crime prevention awareness programs, promote public safety, and much more.

Elkhart’s ISA Membership Program supports Summer Youth Leadership and College Scholarships for teens that are interested in criminal justice or law enforcement as well.

Residents of Elkhart will receive invitation for application via email at some point. And those who do not can join the Indiana Sheriff’s Association by going to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department to get their own application.

Members will receive a membership card, two star decals and releases of the newsletter.
