Elkhart's Prairie Street bridge back open

ELKHART, Ind. — An Elkhart bridge that has been closed for construction opened back up on Thursday.
Crews closed the Prairie Street bridge in January for rehabilitation work. That bridge connects Waterfall Drive and Jackson Boulevard.
Construction wrapped up several weeks ahead of schedule.
