ABC 57 ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Elm Road between Osborne Road and Pierce Road will be closed for construction starting Aug. 4 and reopen on Aug. 21.
Osborne Road, Dogwood Road, and Pierce Road should be used as a detour route.
NIPSCO will be doing utility work.
