More tranquil weather sets in today as a weaker, secondary cold front moves through early this morning. Dewpoints have dropped substantially since yesterday, resulting in today feeling less soupy. Partly cloudy skies are overhead while highs reach the mid 70s today, seasonable for early June. Lows retreat back towards the mid 50s tonight with partial cloudiness still lingering overhead, but we'll see both cloud cover and high temperatures decrease on Friday with temperature values barely hitting 70F. Our next chance for rain is Saturday, although at this point it looks like scattered showers may only impact a minority of our area. Highs begin to rebuild towards 80 starting early next week as the cutoff low that has been dominating our recent weather finally moves eastward.
Today: Partly cloudy. High 74.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low 56.
Friday: Mostly sunny. High 70.
Saturday: Scattered showers. High 75.
