Explosive device strapped to Rocket's neck

STOCKTON, Calif. -- It's a case of animal cruelty that's almost unbelievable.
The vet said it's a miracle that this little guy named Rocket is even alive.
Apparently, a man and woman strapped some sort of explosive device to Rocket's neck.
The blast left him with a deep wound needing 10 stitches.
Rocket will stay in the Family Pet Hospital through the holiday weekend , before being moved to the Stockton Animal Shelter, and he is said to be doing okay.
