Extreme food list

A new list out from the Center of Science and the Public Interest outlines some of unhealthiest foods being served up at restaurants.

The finalists include:

Johnny Rocket's Bacon Cheddar Double Burger, sweet potato fries and big apple shake meal packs on 3,500 calories.

The Bistro Shrimp Pasta from the Cheesecake Factory weighs in a 3,120 calories. That's almost twice some people's recommended intake.

Country fried steak and eggs at IHOP, has 1,760 calories.

Even Smoothie King's peanut power plus grape smoothie has 1460 calories and 22 teaspoons of sugar
