The forecast stays chilly as we end the month of March and begin April. Normal highs are in the low to mid 50s but there are few days ahead that are expected to break out of the 40s. Rainy and windy weather returns Saturday, before skies clear and temperatures fall into Easter Sunday. Next week temperatures continue to stammer mostly in the 40s.
