GOSHEN, Ind. -- Assistant Superintendent Monica Kegerreis with Fairfield Community Schools announced they are currently in the process of reconfiguring Millersburg Elementary Middle School, grades K-8, to Millersburg Elementary School, grades K-6.

Kegerreis says the Millersburg 7th and 8th graders will attend Fairfield Junior Senior High School.

Fairfield Schools began the transition for these students during the 24-25 school year.

The middle school students attended FJSHS for part of each school day.

Kegerreis said once the board minutes from the June school board meeting are approved in July, they will file the paperwork with the Indiana Department of Education to finalize the reconfiguration.
