KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. – The Syracuse Parks and Recreation Department is hosting the 13th annual Fall Harvest Festival at Lakeside Park on October 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This year’s festival will be hosted alongside the final Artisans & Farmers Market of the season and will feature numerous fall-themed activities like pumpkin decorating, hay rides, pony rides, and more.
