BRIGHTON, Mich. -- A Brighton, Michigan woman found a black widow spider inside a bag of grapes from a Kroger store.
Her 20-year-old son noticed the spider web and then saw the actual spider when he was eating the grapes.
They decided to put it inside a jar and called Kroger.
Kroger has released a statement saying it is concerned about the well being of customers. It also states it’s grateful no one was hurt and have addressed the issue with the customer.
A black widow's bite is reported to be 15 times stronger than a rattlesnake's.
