Farmer reports theft of corn from field

A farmer reported the theft of approximately $2,000 worth of corn from his field to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department on Thursday.
The theft happened in the 29000 block of CR 108.
It was reported the suspect entered the field, cut down approximately $2,000 worth of the crop and took it out of the field.
The theft happened sometime between August 10 and October 6.
