Fashion health hazards
Usually we have to tailor what we eat to look good but some doctors are saying we have to tailor what we wear to stay healthy.
High heels for example can be hazardous to your health because they can cause nerve damage, hammer toes and even leg problems.
Skinny jeans could be hurting you as well if you wear them too tight.
"You can start to see stomach-related problems such as bloating, indigestion, or heart burn. As well as nerve-related problems from nerves getting pinched and irritated, which would cause burning, numbness, some sensitivity changes in the thigh," said Doctor Sharon Bergquist, Emory School of Medicine.
Another concern is dangly earrings. They can be too heavy and elongate the holes in your ears or they can snag on something and tear your ear-lobe.
