Fatal car crash in Marshall County

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- One person was killed and two others were rushed to Memorial Hospital after a head on crash on U.S. 31 Monday night. It happened just before 8 p.m. near LaVille Elementary.
One of the injured victims was taken to the hospital by helicopter. The other was transported by ambulance.
The southbound lanes of US 31 were closed for an hour.
