Fatal house fire in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- One woman is dead and two men are in the hospital after a fire broke out inside their home Saturday.
The victim has been identified as 72-year-old Bettie Bradley.
Family members of the victim told firefighters that the fire may have been started by unattended smoking materials.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
