MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports deputies responded to Jellystone Yogi Bear Campground on Saturday around 9:17 p.m. for a domestic disturbance.

Authorities arrived and identified 40-year-old Ernesto Sanchez as one of the people involved in the fight.

The report states Sanchez confronted another person at the campground regarding marijuana being stolen from his vehicle, which then caused a fight to break out between the two.

Deputies located the other person with what appeared to be a broken leg or dislocated knee.

Sanchez was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

He is charged with Domestic Battery Causing Moderate Bodily Injury, a Level 6 Felony.

Sanchez was given a cash bond of $1500.
