Finalists pitch their plans for State Theater

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- We will soon learn what the future holds for the State Theater in South Bend.
The owner asked for ideas. Dozens were submitted, then hammered out.
On Tuesday afternoon, nine finalists got to "pitch their plan" to a panel of local experts.
The winner gets $1,000 and their name on the marquee for a month.
