SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Flooding is still a problem for residents near Rum Village and the city wants to help fix the issue.
This Wednesday at 5:30 residents will meet at the Rum Village Nature Center and talk with city leaders about the low water table in the area.
Basements have been flooded ever since New Energy shut the ethanol plant down late last year.
Now South Bend public works is trying to find a solution.
