Fire breaks out at Highlands Apartments in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. - Elkhart officials say a call came in at 4:23 p.m. on Saturday, of a fire at 2641 Troon Ct in an upper floor apartment.
Officers arrived and assisted people out, no injuries reported as of right now.
The fire department had the fire out by about 7:55 p.m.
