Fire closes Mishawaka Steak'n Shake

A fire happened at the Mishawaka Steak’n Shake on Douglas Road Monday morning.
The Mishawaka Fire Department says they got the call around 5:30.
Fire crews say it started in the kitchen and the building sustained a decent amount of damage.
The power in the building also went out, but no one was hurt.
The restaurant will remain closed and won’t reopen until the health department determines it can.
