First Annual Uptown Fright Fest

NILES, Mich. -- The first annual Uptown Fright Fest is happening today.
This event will be taking place at the Rage Patio today from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Visitors can participate in carnival games, receive prizes, decorate pumpkins, face painting and more.
Tickets are 50¢ each or 13 tickets for $5.
