First lawsuit filed over missing plane

Two children are suing Malaysia Airlines and three government agencies over the loss of their father. He was on board the doomed Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.

The plane disappeared in March. Search teams are continuing to look for it in the Indiana Ocean.

The boys, ages 11 and 13, named the airline, officials at Malaysia's civil aviation and immigration agencies as well as the country's Air Force chief as being responsible for the missing jet. The children add that their father was the provider who operated an internet-based firm.

Their father, 41-year-old Jin Jing Hang, was headed to Beijing from Kuala Lumpar when the aircraft lost contact with air traffic control. Flight MH370 was carrying 239 people including 12 crew members.

It's been missing for 237 days.
