Fiscal cliff could delay tax filings

While the federal government's fiscal cliff is looming, your tax returns are one of the pressing matters that could be affected.
If Congress fails to reach a deal by Dec. 31, up to 100 million people could see delays in their tax refunds.
The tax filing season begins in just two weeks.
