Ford Motor Company to add 1,200 jobs

DETROIT -- The Ford Motor Company announced that it will add 1,200 jobs.

The jobs will be at its surburban Detroit factory where the Fusion is built.

The Fusion is already Ford's best-selling vehicle after the F-Series pickup.

Ford hopes to grab even more buyers with the 2013 Fusion which has improved fuel economy and a sharper design.

U.S. auto sales are expected to go up by $1.5 million this year.
