A visit to the doctor has left some Michiana residents as targets for foreign hackers.
Community Health Systems is warning patients to be alert-and start checking their credit history because those hackers stole a lot of important patient information.
Kosciusko Medical Group Clinics are some of the facilities hit by the cyber attack.
The data stolen includes names, addresses, and even Social Security numbers.
The breach happened sometime in April and June of this year.
However, the attack affects some who have been seen by doctors in the Community Health System over the past 5-years.
