Former Benton Harbor cop charged with sexual assault out on bond

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- A former Benton harbor cop charged with sexual assault appeared in court on Friday.
Right now, Jared Graves is out on bond.
ABC 57 News spoke to Graves on Friday morning as he walked into the Berrien County courthouse in St. Joseph, Mich.
Police said Graves forced a woman to have sex with him at the Benton Harbor police station in exchange for not arresting her on drug charges.
Graves lawyer asked for more time to go over evidence with the prosecution.
