Former deputy coroner faces charges of theft, official misconduct

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office arrested Pulaski County Chief Deputy Coroner Tracy Rossman of Winamac on preliminary charges of theft and official misconduct.
Rossman was arrested on Thursday, August 20.
Pulaski County Coroner Steve Vanderaa terminated Rossman's employment as a result of the investigation and arrest.
