Former Miss USA sentenced in DUI case

A former beauty queen, accused of drinking and driving, avoided jail time on Wednesday.

Rima Fakih, 26, was sentenced to six months probation and 20 hours community service.

Fakih also has to pay $600 in fines.

The former Miss Michigan was crowned Miss U.S.A. in 2010.

Police arrested her back in December, her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. Fakih pleaded no contest.
