Former South Bend Mayor Jerry J. Miller has passed

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Former South Bend Mayor and public servant Jerry J. Miller passed away Tuesday May 28, at age 90.
Miller served as Mayor of South Bend from 1972-1975 and also served as St. Joseph County Commissioner and the State Chairman of the Indiana Democratic Party.
