Former Warsaw cop to be sentenced for sexual battery charges

WARSAW, Ind. – An ex-cop will learn his fate after having an inappropriate relationship with a high school student.
Timothy Whitright pleaded guilty to sexual battery at the beginning of the month.
In November it surfaced that he was involved with a 16-year-old girl who went to Warsaw Community High School.
Whitright used to do security work at the school. After the scandal he resigned from the Warsaw Police Department.
