Fort Wayne Police looking for suspects in homicide investigation

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Fort Wayne Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating three people in connection to a homicide on Sunday, one of whom is believed to be in the South Bend area.

Early Sunday, a person was found dead in a vehicle that had been involved in a pursuit and accident at Lake Avenue and Anthony Road. Police say the victim’s death was a homicide.

The Police Department Homicide Department, along with the Gang and Violent Task Force and the Vice and Narcotics Unit have identified three suspects in the incident.

These suspects should be considered very dangerous, police said.

20-year-old Matthew Cramer II, one of the three suspects, is thought to be in the South Bend, Osceola, or Lakeville area. Cramer is 5’11’’, 160 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He may be wearing an all-black tracksuit.

20-year-old Jacob Carreon-Hamilton is 5'7", 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. 

Cody Clements is 20 years old.
