Foundation of Saint Joseph Health System hosting 2019 House Raffle fundraiser
MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The Saint Joseph Health System Foundation is holding its 28th annual House Raffle fundraiser.
The 2019 St. Joseph Health System fundraiser will raffle a ranch-style home with four bedrooms located at 54746 Sacramento Meadows Dr. at the Northbridge Valley subdivision in Osceola, Indiana.
The 2,482 foot home built by Place Builders is valued at $350,000.
The layout includes three bedrooms on the first floor, a great room with a fireplace, a kitchen with hardwood floors, foyer, laundry room and more.
The house raffle drawing begins at 5 p.m. on May 3 at Mishawaka Medical Center. Winners do not need to be present to win the prize.
An early bird drawing of $2,019 will take place during the house raffle drawing. To be eligible for the early bird drawing, a paid entry must be handed in by noon, Mar.8. The early bird winner is also eligible for the remaining 44 house raffle prizes.
Winners can choose either the home or an alternative prize of $105,000.
The second-place winner will win an award of $16,000 with 42 additional cash prizes from $5,000 to $175.
House raffle offers of $175 per offer can be purchased Tuesday, Mar. 5 at Saint Joseph Health System Mishawaka Medical Center located at 5215 Holy Cross Parkway in Mishawaka, Indiana.
A public open house is planned for Mar. 9 and 10 from 2 - 4 p.m.
Proceeds from the raffle will help support patient care and services provided by SJHS.
SJHS says over the past 27 years more than $5 million has been given to the community thanks to house raffle participants.
