Frankfurt student allowed to return to States

FRANKFURT, Ind. -- A classmate, friend and the salutatorian of Frankfurt High School was very close to mising her own graduation.
Elisabeth Olivias went to Mexico to get a Green Card but complications kept her there.
According to Donald DeWeese, the interim superindent, Olivias had 180 days past her 18th birthday to return. Olivias returned on the 181st day, which forced a mandetory six month stay.
The Indianapolis Star is reporting that Olivias will get her green card and will be back in time for her graduation.
