Free admission for kids during Children’s Day at the Zoo June 8

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Kids get into the Potawatomi Zoo for free on June 8 during the zoo’s first-ever Children’s Day at the Zoo.

From 10 a.m. until last admission at 7:30 p.m., kids ages 14 and under get free admission into the zoo.

Attractions, rentals, and concessions are not part of the free admission. Group tours and field trips are also not part of the free admission.

Kids ages 14 and under must have an adult with them on Children’s Day.

Children’s Day at the Zoo is a partnership between the zoo and United Federal Credit Union.

United Federal will contribute $5 of matching bonus money to every Youth Account that’s opened at one of their locations.

The zoo’s hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day from June 1 through August 31.

Last admission is at 7:30 p.m. each day.
