Free car seat check events scheduled

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Beacon Health and local police and fire departments are teaming up to provide free car seat checks.

Technicians will be at each event to educate parents and check the installation of their car seats.

September 21 from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Martins, 306 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka

September 23 from 9 a.m. to noon
Martins, 525 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend

October 13 from 9 a.m. to noon
Martins, 1302 Elwood, South Bend

November 6 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
South Bend Fire Department Station 10, 5303 York Road, South Bend
