Free youth fishing clinic in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. - The Elkhart Environmental Center along with Elkhart Parks and Recreation and its Aquatic Biology Departments are hosting their second annual free Fishing Clinic on Saturday, June 1.
The event is happening at High Dive Park off Baldwin Street from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Staff and volunteers will be leading stations to teach kids ages seven and up how to fish.
No registration is required.
Organizers say the first 200 kids to complete the clinic will each receive a fishing rod.
If you like to fish and want to help teach kids how to fish safely, organizers are asking for your help.
