'Frightful Friday' at the Mishawaka Library

MISHAWAKA, Ind. - Michiana families are invited to celebrate Halloween at the Mishawaka Library on Friday, October 20, by attending Frightful Friday.

There will be a morning lineup from 10 a.m. to noon or the afternoon lineup from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

This family-friendly day will feature a craft event, a special spooky but not-too-spooky story time and end with an hourlong time slot dedicated to trick-or-treating around the library.

There will be a half-hour Roz Puppets show at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

To monitor room capacity, a free admission ticket is required to attend either puppet show.

MPHPL cardholders can secure tickets by registering at mphpl.org for whichever show they want to attend.

Registration for both Roz Puppet shows will close on Friday, October 20, at 9 a.m. or when full. Information regarding show ticket redemption will be sent to registrants.

The Mishawaka Library states for this event, kids 9 and younger always require parent/guardian supervision and caregivers must be on the premises for participants 10 and 11 years of age.

Family-friendly costumes are encouraged but are not required.

Mishawaka Library is located at 209 Lincolnway East in Mishawaka
