MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Department of Health announced it ceased of its Immunization clinic at 219 Lincolnway West in Mishawaka on Monday due to funding issues.

Health officials say this also includes the Vital Records office at this same location which will cease operations on June 20 along with all offices there.

If you need to schedule an immunization/vaccination appointment you may still do so at the South Bend location on the 9th floor in the County City Building at 227 W. Jefferson Blvd.

You can also go to the county health department's website or call the office at 574-235-9750 and select option two to schedule an appointment.

South Bend office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The office is closed for lunch from noon-1 p.m.

Vital Records can be accessed online, at the South Bend office on the 8th floor of the County City Building, or by calling 574-235-9750.

Business transactions are accepted until 4 p.m.
