Funeral for Bishop D'Arcy

FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Funeral services were held for Bishop Emeritus John D'Arcy.

D'Arcy served the Fort Wayne-South Bend diocese for 28 years. His funeral mass was held in Fort Wayne. Dignitaries on hand included state politicians and religious leaders.

"I was near tears through the whole thing," said Bishop Daniel Jenky, diocese of Peoria. "I was looking at his sisters, and they weren't crying. Some people said they had a couple days to do that. I said, 'Well buck up, Jenky!'"

D'Arcy is being buried in Fort Wayne.
