George Zimmerman saves family from crash

SANFORD, Fla. — Just days after he was acquitted of murder, George Zimmerman stepped out of seclusion to help rescue a family.

Zimmerman and another man helped a family of four get out of an SUV that had overturned in Sanford, Florida.

By the time police arrived on the scene, the family was already safely out of their car.

This all took place in the same Florida neighborhood where Zimmerman fatally shot Trayvon Martin in February of 2012.
