Get back to school immunizations at St. Joseph County Department of Health July 22

MISHAWAKA, Ind. - The St. Joseph County Department of Health is helping kids get ready for the upcoming school year with an immunization fair on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The fair will be held at the health department, located at 219 Lincolnway W. in Mishawaka.

During the fair, kids in grades K-12 can get updated on their school-specific immunizations and receive a free lead screening.

Immunizations will be billed to private insurance. Those without insurance will be billed a $15 administrative fee if they’re able to pay it.

If you plan on getting an immunization, you’re asked to register ahead of time using the QR code in the above photo.

Medicaid providers and other experts will also be on site to give information and resources to those in attendance.
