SOUTH BEND, Ind.--- The second annual Girls Rock Michiana Camp is underway at the Music Village. The two day camp empowers girls to express themselves creatively through music.
Each day the girls are given lessons in singing and songwriting, in addition to teaching them how to play guitar, bass, drums, and piano. The camp is for 4th through 8th grade girls and puts them in touch with local female artists.
The camp concludes on Friday with a live performance of the Girls Rock Anthem performed by the campers in front of their families and friends.
