Golden Corral to open Monday

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Golden Corral on Main Street in Mishawaka finally opens Monday.

Sunday, our crews checked out what final touches they were working on for their last minute preps. We got a first look at the salad bar, the buffet lines, and everything in between. 

Golden Corral has many different types of food which is part of its appeal.

They'll have barbecue, Chinese food, Italian, seafood,  pizza, steak, you name it.

Employees are ready and excited to finally open their doors.

"It's been a great reaction. Everybody seems excited, " said Pam Zahrt, franchise co-owner. "And we're excited because we're locally owned and operated so this is our hometown, so it's exciting to actually open here in Mishawaka."

They will open December 3rd at 11 a.m.
