Good News For Niles Teachers Union

NILES, Mich.-- Some good news tonight for Niles teachers.
The teachers union and the school reached a tentative agreement late Friday night.
Details of the new contract, for the 200 plus teachers in the district, will be voted on and announced Monday.
The big concern for teachers was the proposed pay-cuts..but the district is now planning to give signing bonus to teachers..
To make up for the difference.
