SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Fashion and fundraising made an impact at Goodwill's "Little Black Dress" signature event Wednesday night.
Pop up boutiques selling designer and hand selected premier brand items gave organizers the opportunity to show that Goodwill is more than just a store.
All proceeds support its community programs like the Nurse-Family Partnership, Career Academies, automotive training, and The Excel Center.
Debie Coble, Goodwill President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "When you shop, you're supporting the mission. And then when you get to see the fashion show, then we also mix in with the mission, so that you have a really good understanding that when you donate or when you shop at Goodwill, you are becoming a part of that mission of helping people live their most abundant life."
There was also a full runway fashion show.
