GOSHEN, Ind. — Former three-year Goshen College women’s basketball starter, Zion Neat, has become the first player in GC women’s basketball history to take her talents to the pro level.
The 2,000-career point scorer and multi-time all-Crossroads League selection will travel to Portugal and play in the Eurobasket league.
ABC57 sits down with Neat, as well as her former coach, Tyra Carver, to discuss the preparation and intense practice it took to elevate her game to the next level over the course of three years.
Neat expects her Visa to come in the next week and could be on the court in Portugal by February 7.
