Goshen driver strikes tree and telephone box

GOSHEN, Ind. — A driver in Goshen was injured when she crashed trying to avoid hitting another car. She veered off the road, struck a tree and then hit a telephone box.
It happened Saturday on U.S. Highway 33.
The driver said she could not slow down in time and wanted to avoid striking the other car.
She was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
