Goshen issues boil water notice

GOSHEN, Ind. -- Goshen residents who live on S. 8th Street between College and Waverly avenues will need to boil their water until further notice.
The city is performing a water main shutdown in order to relocate a fire hydrant.
After the hydrant is relocated, two 24 hour tests will be taken to ensure the water is safe to drink.
