Goshen mayor delivers 'State of the City'

GOSHEN, Ind. -- We learned more about Goshen's plans for the future!
Mayor Allan Kaufman gave his annual 'State of the City' address on Thursday afternoon during a Founder's Day luncheon.
He focused on taxes, specifically on property tax caps, as well as job growth.
Elkhart County ranked highest in the state for job growth between March 2012 and March 2011.
